Detached house re-roof

This detached property had really poor ventilation as the previous roofers had put new felt over the existing felt so the roof didn’t have much airflow and it suffered from condensation as consequence. Once we removed all old felt and replaced with vent 3 breathable felt and new tiles and batons this customer no longer had any ongoing issues with he her roof .
We also replaced the dry verve caps to finish it off. Another satisfied customer!
